At Collective Feelings, we recognise the importance of equipping young individuals with the skills to manage and understand their emotions effectively. Our transformative wellbeing program, From Frustration To Freedom: Harness Emotions For Positive Change, is designed to empower participants with practical techniques to navigate their emotions, enhance emotional intelligence, improve communication, and foster peaceful relationships.
Through a series of experiential exercises and guided discussions, participants will embark on a transformative journey towards mastering anger and harnessing their emotions for positive change. The program provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment where young people can cultivate emotional intelligence and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

What should your child expect!

The program aims to equip participants with practical techniques to manage frustration and anger in healthy ways. They will learn techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, and assertive communication to express their emotions constructively and find peaceful resolutions.

Effective communication is crucial for building and maintaining healthy relationships. Participants will learn effective communication skills, including active listening, expressing emotions assertively, and resolving conflicts peacefully.

From Frustration To Freedom emphasises the importance of resolving conflicts in a positive and constructive manner. Participants will learn conflict resolution strategies, negotiation skills, and empathy to promote understanding and harmony in their interactions.

Participants will engage in self-reflection activities to explore the underlying causes of their anger and frustration. They will learn self-regulation techniques to manage impulsive reactions and develop a greater sense of control over their emotions.

Who is the program for?
This program is for young people aged between 8-17. Our sessions are offered based on differing age groups to support the facilitation of meaning tailored discussions to meet their individual needs.
