Counselling Supervision

Supervision is more than just a professional requirement—it’s a space for reflection, growth, and support. As an ACA Level 2 Registered Clinical Supervisor, I provide a collaborative and supportive environment where you can explore your practice, refine your skills, and strengthen your confidence as a practitioner.

Whether you're a new graduate, an experienced counsellor, or someone navigating the complexities of the helping profession, my goal is to ensure you feel supported, resourced, and aligned in your work.

My Approach to Supervision

I take a reflective practice approach, helping you unpack your experiences, navigate challenges, and develop deeper self-awareness in a safe and supportive space. Rather than just focusing on technical skills, we look at the whole picture—your client work, ethical dilemmas, professional boundaries, emotional well-being, and career development.

With a background private practice and coaching as well as my work in School Wellbeing and Domestic & Family Violence, I understand the complexities that come with working in this space. I also draw from holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches, ensuring supervision is not just practical but also personally and professionally empowering.
